Nestled in the lap of the majestic Aravali Hills, in the serene village of Badi near Lake City, Udaipur, Narayan Seva Sansthan stands as a beacon of hope and healing for differently abled and underprivileged individuals worldwide. Founded in 1985 by Padma Shri Kailash ‘Manav’ Agarwal, this charitable organization is dedicated to integrating differently abled individuals into mainstream society by empowering them physically, socially, and economically.
A Visionary Beginning
Mr. Kailash ‘Manav’ laid the foundation of Narayan Seva Sansthan with nothing more than a fistful of flour, driven by a desire to serve the poorest of the poor. Over the years, his tireless efforts and the support of generous donors have propelled the Sansthan to become India’s largest NGO for disabled people. His humanitarian spirit, nurtured since childhood, continues to drive the organization’s mission.
Today, Mr. Prashant Agarwal, the director of Narayan Seva Sansthan, carries forward this vision. Known as “Sevak” for his selfless service, Mr. Agarwal has received numerous awards for his contributions to creating a better society.
