As a registered nurse, certified yoga instructor, nutritionist, health motivator, tactile touch therapist, and health coach, she brings a wealth of professional expertise to her practice. However, it’s her personal journey that truly defines her approach to wellness.
From surviving childhood cancer and living with chronic pain to navigating trauma, loss, grief, exhaustion, fatigue, and anxiety, Lendsy understands the complexities of the human experience. She openly shares her struggles and triumphs, emphasizing that healing is a continuous journey, not a destination.

Lendsy’s journey toward health and wellbeing reached a turning point when she began to accept herself fully. She learned that real progress comes from self-acceptance and prioritizing her own needs. This realization allowed her to move forward and work on herself in ways she hadn’t before, ultimately finding her own shine.

“I’m not perfect, nor do I know everything about how to live your life. I’m just here to shine a light on how I found my way to shine again – and perhaps through that, you find your own shine too. Healing processes are not easy. Many life circumstances had to fall into place for me to stop pushing myself in ways that led me into a negative spiral. It was not until then I was able to give myself a break and finally put myself as a priority. To live life in a way that allows me to be the best version of me that I can be.”
